Michael Charles

After being recruited from the banking sector in 1999, I worked in various capacities in the financial industry from call center representative to Operations Manager to Financial Advisor. These roles have helped create a well-rounded base for my role as Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst with Live Oak Investments Partners, LLC. I have been a part of Mike’s team since 2011 and am proud to continue to do so as Live Oak employee #2.

When not in the office, my wife Avery (a very talented baker) and I are frequently found supporting our children, Maddie and Gabe. Maddie is a student at the University of Texas San Antonio and majoring in Psychology with a minor in Nonprofit Management. Gabe is a student at Georgetown High School and a two time state champion swimmer. We live in Georgetown where I enjoy serving my community as a TISDO Swim Official, Treasurer for the Georgetown High School Swim Boosters Club, Commissioner for the Planning & Zoning Commission, Board Member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Vice Chair of the Housing Advisory Board. In spite of a busy schedule, I still find time to usher at my church, work on my disc golf game with the group I started, and frequent the Georgetown Square to support local businesses.
